Our comprehensive range of safety barrier products have been developed for roads, bridges, carpark and warehouse applications. Our crash barriers are evaluated using full-scale crash testing to validate compliance with Australian and International Standards.

The proprietary range of RamShield® Guardrail Barriers feature w-beam or thrie-beam guardrail designed to safely contain and redirect errant vehicles away from roadside hazards. Crash testing of these systems is performed in accordance with MASH as nominated by the Austroads National Safety Barrier Assessment Panel (ASBAP).

Our RhinoStop® Carpark and Warehouse barrier systems feature energy-absorbing baseplates designed to absorb the kinetic energy of an impacting vehicle and reduce the potential for damage to the concrete surface. RhinoStop® can be configured with pedestrian fall protection and is the ideal crash barrier solution for factories and warehouses to protect walkway areas.

Road Barriers

The RamShield® Guardrail family of safety barrier systems utilise the tensile strength of w-beam or thrie-beam guardrail to contain errant vehicles and reduce the risk of roadside accidents. Designed to shield embankments, trees and power poles. Approved by ASBAP and compliant with MASH TL3 or MASH TL4.

Bridge & Culvert Crash Barriers are specifically designed to provide safe vehicle containment when installed along the edge of an elevated structure. Our range of bridge & culvert barrier systems include thrie-beam guardrail support by yielding side mounted posts and a freespan crash barrier system with no attachment to the bridge or culvert structure.

ASNZS

AS/NZS 1170.1 Evaluation

Provides guidelines for the evaluation of crash barriers used in car parks. A carpark barrier should be capable of withstanding the forces arising from the movement of vehicles when parking. AS/NZS 1170.1 nominates specific impact conditions including vehicle mass, impact speed and impact height.

Impact Detection
