This narrow, cost-effective transition provides a smooth, snag free connection between RamShield® Guardrail and rigid barriers, including bridge abutments. Features thrie-beam guardrail combined with reduced post spacing to gradually increase system stiffness. Evaluated to MASH TL3.
X-Tension Median Terminal
This redirective, energy-absorbing guardrail end terminal is design for attachment to back-to-back w-beam guardrail barrier typically installed in the roadside median. Evaluated to NCHRP-350 TL3.
MAX-Tension Terminal
Featuring Sabertooth™ technology and tensioned cables to provide safe vehicle containment, the MAX-Tension connects directly to w-beam guardrail barrier. Evaluated to MASH TL3.
MSKT Guardrail Terminal
The MASH-compliant Sequential Kinking Terminal is an energy-absorbing guardrail end terminal compatible with RamShield® Guardrail. The MSKT impact head design improves vehicle stability during end-on impacts. Evaluated to MASH TL3.
Departure Terminals
Manufactured in accordance with state road agency specifications and designed to anchor the longitudinal guardrail barrier system.
