Safe Direction has increased the size of its Sydney facility to over 5,000 square metres in preparation for further expansion of manufacturing and to increase stock holding for its growing business. Safe Direction’s Business Development Manager, Terry Colquhoun, said that ‘the company in much gratitude to its customers, continues to grow, and that the larger facility will in return provide our customers with an even better service experience’.
The expanded facility can service up to 4 semi-trailers simultaneously or several B-Double trailers while still maintaining service to high cycle pick ups and deliveries. The Warehouse floor space has more than doubled as well as provided the room for additional manufacturing lines.
Safe Direction commenced business just 8 years ago from a single office facility of 18 square metres. Today the business has over 7,500 square metres of manufacturing and distribution facility under operation in Sydney and Melbourne from which it services all of Australia as well as exports to the Pacific region.
Colquhoun said ‘being an Australian owned private company resonates with many of our customers, we value their business and focus on mutual growth. Overwhelmingly as Safe Direction’s business has grown so too have our customers’.
