Safe Direction announces the launch of RHINO-STOP® Screen, an Australian Standard compliant barrier system with inbuilt screen assembly. Incorporating the screen with the barrier provides a significant cost advantage over separate screen and barrier installations. The screen assembly can be constructed in any height up to 2.5m and is commonly used for anti-through protection, fall protection, stray light containment and/or perimeter security.
The patented working mechanism of the RHINO-STOP® Screen post absorbs impacts from errant vehicles beyond that required of the Australian standard without damaging the concrete substrate – a significant problem with conventional rigid barrier post systems.
The screen can be configured with conventional security mesh or with perforated sheets or expanded metal screens.
